Damaged, defective or missing products
Our team has strict quality checks in place to ensure that your order is free of any defects or damages.
Should a product be damaged, defective or missing at the time of delivery, please notify us within 24 hours of such delivery at email@example.com, providing your order number and the details of the damaged item.
We will arrange to collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will replace the product as soon as possible.
